TERMS & CONDITIONS

Dear Buyers who are interested in getting items from our website and the sprees that we organized, do read our Terms and Conditions (T&C) before placing any order with us. Once you have placed an order with us, we will assume as you have read and understand our T&C and agreed on every items listed below.

(A) SPREE

(1) Each spree has different waiting time (approximately 2-4 weeks); we would appreciate buyers to understand this before placing an order with us to prevent misunderstandings. We will updated status of each spree on our blog for easy checking for all buyers.

(2) Each spree will end when we reach the minimum order requirement.

(3) Please only place order if you are willing to wait

(4) Buyers are required to bank in FULL amount before we make order with suppliers. Failing to do so, will lead to the cancellation of orders and further complaints will not be entertained.

(5) No cancellation of orders or refund will be made once payment is made. However, if the item that you have ordered is Out of Stock, full refund will be made.

(6) All prices are not included shipping fees, insurance and sale tax (if any) and local postage fees. All costs as stated therein shall be borne buyers.

(7) Please understand that item bought might be slightly different in colour from the item shown on the respective spree due to lighting and monitor resolution and items may be slightly different in measurement due to the mass production.

(8) We are not responsible for any defects in the item that buyers have purchased, but we will try our best to ask for the exchange of your items. However, buyers have to bear all the shipping charges and other charges occur for the exchange if any.

(9) We have the right to cancel or extend the closing date of any spree if the minimum order of items requested by the spree owners is not met. Full refunds will be made if we decide to cancel any spree.

(10) All items received are STRICTLY no refundable or exchangeable in any circumstances.

(11) Please order at your own discretion. By joining our sprees, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions as stated therein.

(12) We reserve the rights to cancel your order during any discrepancy.

(B) READY STOCK

(1) For ready stock items are strictly for FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.

(2) No reservation except full payment is made.

(3) All prices are not included postage fees. All costs as stated therein shall be borne buyers.

(4) No cancellation of orders or refund will be made once the payment is made.

(5) DESIRE COLLECTION is not responsible for items lost during the shipping.
